PLAN YOUR ISANTI STAY

Confirm your reservation.

Use the Contact form to submit your inquiry. We’ll get back to you via email and/or What’s App to discuss details and finalize your reservation. Your deposit and signed agreement confirms your reservation.

Book your flight and ground transportation.

We recommend flying into Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). For ground transportation, we recommend making prior arrangements with Byron of Byron’s Jamaica Tours (876-556-9321). You may also feel free to contract services from JUTA operators present at the airport upon your arrival.

Plan your menu.

In advance of your arrival, we will share a copy of our menu options via email. Our private chef, Elizabeth, will meet virtually with you (usually via WhatsApp) to discuss and select menu options. While the cost of Elizabeth's service is included in your reservation, the cost of food and drinks are the guest’s responsibilities (e.g. groceries, spirits, etc.)
Your first meal will be planned and prepared before your arrival and receipts provided for reimbursement. Many guests have enjoyed the experience of going to the supermarket with Elizabeth – she is happy to coordinate a market run with you to help select groceries for your stay. Elizabeth is also happy to make purchases based on your menu and provide receipts for reimbursement.

Coordinate childcare.

Nanny services are available at an additional cost and must be coordinated in advance. We will work with you to find the right fit for your family's needs.

Check in to isanti.

Check-in begins at 2pm. Villa staff will meet you at the house to facilitate check-in. If you need to arrive before 2pm, accommodations can be arranged with notice. Details are outlined in the terms and conditions agreement.

Make yourself at home.

A guest manual is available at the property. It includes property information, including WiFi passwords, emergency instructions and contacts, TV channel guide, and sound system instructions. Only guests listed in the signed agreement are permitted on the property. 

 

Our housekeepers provide complementary daily cleaning services. Eco-conscious guests may choose to reuse their bath linen or have them washed and replaced daily. For stays longer than two days, laundry services are included. Our COVID-19 protocol includes deep cleaning and disinfection before every stay.

Check out.

This is the hardest part. Check out must be completed by 10am on the day of your departure. Allowances may be made for late check out. Details are outlined in the terms and conditions agreement.
